a) Analítica sin cookies — GoatCounter
Usamos GoatCounter para conocer el volumen de visitas y las páginas más consultadas de nuestro sitio. GoatCounter no utiliza cookies, no almacena direcciones IP completas ni genera identificadores individuales de los visitantes, y sus servidores están ubicados en la Unión Europea. Por su naturaleza no invasiva, no requiere tu consentimiento.
b) Cookies estrictamente necesarias
Utilizadas para que el sitio funcione correctamente: recordar el idioma que has elegido (inglés o español), mantener los datos de tu reserva mientras completas el proceso de pago, y garantizar la seguridad de la sesión. Estas cookies no requieren consentimiento, ya que sin ellas no podríamos prestarte el servicio que solicitas.
c) Cookies de pago
Cuando completas una reserva y un pago en línea a través de nuestro sitio, nuestro proveedor de pagos (Mollie B.V.) puede establecer cookies necesarias para procesar la transacción de forma segura y prevenir el fraude. Estas cookies son necesarias para completar tu compra. Puedes consultar la política de privacidad de Mollie en mollie.com/privacy.
d) Cookies analíticas — actualmente no activas
Por el momento no usamos Google Analytics ni ninguna otra herramienta de analítica basada en cookies: nuestra única analítica activa es GoatCounter (apartado a), que no usa cookies. Si en el futuro incorporamos Google Analytics u otra herramienta similar, actualizaremos esta política, añadiremos un banner de consentimiento en el sitio y esas cookies solo se activarán si das tu consentimiento explícito.
e) Cookies de plataformas asociadas (canales de reserva)
Si llegas a nuestro sitio o completas una reserva a través de plataformas asociadas —incluyendo Hotelbeds, Civitatis, GetYourGuide, Viator, I Need Tours, GuruWalk, u otras que incorporemos en el futuro— dichas plataformas pueden establecer sus propias cookies conforme a sus propias políticas, independientes de la nuestra. Te recomendamos revisar la política de cookies de cada plataforma antes de reservar a través de ella.
4. Base legal y consentimiento
- Las cookies necesarias, de pago y GoatCounter operan sobre la base de nuestro interés legítimo en el correcto funcionamiento del sitio y la prestación del servicio solicitado, por lo que no requieren tu consentimiento previo.
- Actualmente no usamos ninguna cookie que requiera tu consentimiento previo. Si en el futuro activamos Google Analytics u otra herramienta similar, esa cookie operará únicamente sobre la base de tu consentimiento explícito, solicitado mediante un banner al entrar al sitio.
5. Cómo gestionar o retirar tu consentimiento
Actualmente no usamos cookies que requieran tu consentimiento, por lo que no hay ninguna preferencia que gestionar. Si en el futuro incorporamos herramientas de analítica basadas en cookies, añadiremos aquí un enlace para gestionar tu consentimiento. This cookie policy applies to the website auratours.nl, operated by Aura DMC VOF, a Dutch general partnership (VOF) registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) under number 42057938.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, and in some cases identify your device for analytics or advertising purposes. Under this policy we also include other similar technologies (such as browser local storage) where applicable.
3. What cookies and technologies we use
a) Cookieless analytics — GoatCounter
We use GoatCounter to understand the volume of visits and the most viewed pages on our site. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not store full IP addresses, and does not generate individual visitor identifiers; its servers are located in the European Union. Due to its non-intrusive nature, it does not require your consent.
b) Strictly necessary cookies
Used to make the site function properly: remembering your chosen language (English or Spanish), keeping your booking details while you complete the payment process, and ensuring session security. These cookies do not require consent, as without them we would not be able to provide the service you requested.
c) Payment cookies
When you complete a booking and an online payment through our site, our payment provider (Mollie B.V.) may set cookies necessary to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud. These cookies are necessary to complete your purchase. You can review Mollie's privacy policy at mollie.com/privacy.
d) Analytics cookies — not currently active
We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other cookie-based analytics tool: our only active analytics is GoatCounter (section a), which does not use cookies. If we introduce Google Analytics or a similar tool in the future, we will update this policy, add a consent banner to the site, and those cookies will only be activated if you give your explicit consent.
e) Third-party cookies (booking channels)
If you reach our site or complete a booking through partner platforms — including Hotelbeds, Civitatis, GetYourGuide, Viator, I Need Tours, GuruWalk, or others we may incorporate in the future — those platforms may set their own cookies in accordance with their own policies, independent of ours. We recommend reviewing each platform's cookie policy before booking through it.
4. Legal basis and consent
- Necessary cookies, payment cookies, and GoatCounter operate on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the site and the provision of the requested service, and therefore do not require your prior consent.
- We do not currently use any cookie that requires your prior consent. If we activate Google Analytics or a similar tool in the future, that cookie will operate solely on the basis of your explicit consent, requested through a banner when entering the site.
5. How to manage or withdraw your consent
We do not currently use any cookies that require your consent, so there is no preference to manage. If we introduce cookie-based analytics tools in the future, we will add a consent-management link here. In the meantime, you can delete or block any cookie through your browser settings; note that blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from completing a booking.

2. Wat cookies zijn
Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die een website op uw computer, tablet of mobiele apparaat opslaat wanneer u deze bezoekt. 3. Welke cookies en technologieën wij gebruiken
a) Cookieloze analyse — GoatCounter
Wij gebruiken GoatCounter om inzicht te krijgen in het aantal bezoeken en de meest bekeken pagina's van onze website. GoatCounter gebruikt geen cookies, slaat geen volledige IP-adressen op en genereert geen individuele bezoekersidentificatoren; de servers bevinden zich in de Europese Unie. Vanwege het niet-indringende karakter is geen toestemming vereist.
b) Strikt noodzakelijke cookies
Gebruikt om de website goed te laten functioneren: het onthouden van uw gekozen taal (Engels of Spaans), het bewaren van uw boekingsgegevens tijdens het betaalproces, en het waarborgen van de beveiliging van de sessie. Deze cookies vereisen geen toestemming, aangezien wij zonder deze cookies de door u gevraagde dienst niet kunnen leveren.
c) Betalingscookies
Wanneer u een boeking voltooit en online betaalt via onze website, kan onze betalingsprovider (Mollie B.V.) cookies plaatsen die noodzakelijk zijn om de transactie veilig te verwerken en fraude te voorkomen. d) Analytische cookies — momenteel niet actief
Op dit moment gebruiken wij geen Google Analytics of andere cookiegebaseerde analysetools: onze enige actieve analysetool is GoatCounter (onderdeel a), die geen cookies gebruikt. Als wij in de toekomst Google Analytics of een vergelijkbare tool invoeren, werken wij dit beleid bij, voegen wij een toestemmingsbanner toe aan de website, en worden die cookies alleen geactiveerd als u hiervoor uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft.
e) Cookies van derden (boekingskanalen)
Als u via partnerplatforms — waaronder Hotelbeds, Civitatis, GetYourGuide, Viator, I Need Tours, GuruWalk of andere die wij in de toekomst kunnen toevoegen — op onze website terechtkomt of een boeking voltooit, kunnen deze platforms hun eigen cookies plaatsen conform hun eigen beleid, onafhankelijk van het onze. Wij raden u aan het cookiebeleid van elk platform te raadplegen voordat u daar een boeking maakt.
4. Rechtsgrondslag en toestemming
- Noodzakelijke cookies, betalingscookies en GoatCounter zijn gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij de goede werking van de website en het leveren van de gevraagde dienst, en vereisen daarom geen voorafgaande toestemming.
- Wij gebruiken momenteel geen enkele cookie die voorafgaande toestemming vereist. Als wij in de toekomst Google Analytics of een vergelijkbare tool activeren, is die cookie uitsluitend gebaseerd op uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming, gevraagd via een banner bij het betreden van de website.
5. Cookievoorkeuren beheren of intrekken
Wij gebruiken momenteel geen cookies waarvoor toestemming vereist is, dus er is geen voorkeur om te beheren. Als wij in de toekomst cookiegebaseerde analysetools invoeren, voegen wij hier een link toe om uw toestemming te beheren. Ondertussen kunt u cookies verwijderen of blokkeren via uw browserinstellingen; houd er rekening mee dat het blokkeren van noodzakelijke cookies kan verhinderen dat u een boeking voltooit.
6. Wijzigingen in dit beleid
Wij kunnen dit beleid bijwerken wanneer de tools of diensten die wij op de website gebruiken veranderen. De datum "laatst bijgewerkt" bovenaan dit document geeft de huidige versie weer. Als wij nieuwe niet-essentiële cookies introduceren, werken wij deze pagina bij en vragen wij uw toestemming voordat wij deze activeren.
